ABOUT THE REGION
Transport your senses to India’s southwestern coast, where tradition and tropical winds shape one of the world’s most distinctive coffees. Our India Monsooned Malabar is crafted from select Caturra and Catimor varietals, harvested between December and March, then aged in open-air warehouses where monsoon winds swell the beans and mellow their acidity. This centuries-old process—born from the days of long sea voyages—transforms the coffee’s character, producing a full-bodied, earthy cup that’s unlike anything else.
Roasted to a smooth medium, this coffee showcases low acidity and a creamy, velvety mouthfeel that makes each sip linger. The flavor profile is indulgent and layered: baker’s chocolate, warm cream, and subtle earthy sweetness, with just a hint of spice whispering through the finish. It’s a comforting, grounded brew with bold personality—perfect as a rich morning cup, a deeply satisfying pour-over, or the foundation of a bold, crema-rich espresso.
Whether you're exploring single origins or deepening your love for low-acid coffees, Monsooned Malabar is a beautiful study in terroir, tradition, and time. It’s not just coffee—it’s a story in every sip.

This coffee is excellent. I highly recommend it! I’m not a big coffee drinker and when I do drink it I add cream and sugar in it. With this coffee I didn’t have to. I drank it BLACK and enjoyed it.

One of the smoothest coffees I’ve ever drank with a mild but still noticeable flavor to make it worth it. I even enjoyed drinking it black.
