Q: When will I receive my order?
Your coffee will be delivered within 5 business days after you order, so it arrives fresh.
Q: Can I delay / pause / change my shipping?
Yes, BottomLess Cup subscriptions can be paused and resumed on specific dates. If you are moving, please make the necessary address changes in your account (no PO Boxes, please). We will need up to 10 business days for the changes to go into effect, so please try to plan ahead.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate.
I want to try a new coffee flavor. How do I do that?
Absolutely! We're excited to know you'd like to try one of our other craft coffees! Please make the change in your account, and give us at least 5 business days before your shipment is scheduled to ship.
